Polished Brass

Our Polished Brass (PB) finish is as the name suggests, hand polished to a smooth mirrored sheen. Unlaquered, this will naturally gain character as it ages though this can be prevented through periodic polishing.

Polished Chrome

Our Polished Chrome (PC) finished is achived through a series of electro-plating techniques before polishing to a mirror finish which is both durable and hard wearing.

Polished Nickel

Our Polished Nickel (PN) finish has a warmer tone than Chrome which is achived through electro plating and polishing to a mirror finish. Unlaquered yet durable.

Polished Copper

Our Polished Copper (CP) finish is also achieved through electro plating and polishing. Aging and oxodisation will naturally darken and characterise this finish so it can be supplied lacquered or unlacquered to your preference.

Satin Brass

Satin Brass (SB) is an unlaquered, living finish, obtained using a hand buffing method to sateen the brass. The natural aging process which occurs can be reversed anytime through polishing.

Satin Nickel

Satin Nickel (SN) goes through a series of procedures to obtain its finish, electro plating is followed by a hand buffing procedure that provides the sateen effect.

Dark Antique

Antique Brass (DAB) finishes are created using a combination of aging solutions, barraling and marballing which result in Clayton Munroe's unique end result. The shades are dependant upon the length of the aging process.

Classic Antique

Antique Brass (MAB) finishes are created using a combination of aging solutions, barraling and marballing which result in Clayton Munroe's unique end result. The shades are dependant upon the length of the aging process.

Mellow Antique

Antique Brass (AB) finishes are created using a combination of aging solutions, barraling and marballing which result in Clayton Munroe's unique end result. The shades are dependant upon the length of the aging process.

Burnished Brass

Burnished Brass (BB) initially gors through an aging process before being Hand Burnished to obtain the end result.

Warm Bronze

Warm Bronze (WBE) is initially aged before being sateened and handfinished. This finish is often supplied with an additional waxed coat.

Patine

The unique Patine (PT) finish is obtained via a powder coating method and a bespoke finish

Matt Black

Matt Black finishes are obtained through a powder coating process before being hand finished and hardened to offer long term durability.

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English.
